GENERAL LABORER
We are looking for Landscape Laborers who work well in a team setting under the direct supervision of the Landscape Supervisor. Landscape Laborers are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Able and willing to work on projects including but not limited too:
-
Tree, shrub and flower planting
-
Sod and seed installation
-
Constructing retaining walls
-
Constructing paver or rock walkways and patios
-
Constructing water features, fire pits and other outdoor living spaces
-
Qualifications:
-
Able to take instruction and work in a team environment
-
Work safely with Equipment and Tools
-
Complete landscaping duties all weather conditions
-
Available and Willing to work full time (40 hours with possible OT)
-
Ability to lift 50lbs
-
Ability to prepare and complete written work orders.
-
Proficient, dependable and willing to continuously learn and improve.
-
Drivers License and clean driving record.
-
Spanish a plus but not required
IRRRIGATION
TECHNICIAN
Irrigation Technicians install, inspect, adjust and repair irrigation systems to ensure systems perform at maximum efficiency and to the Boulder Creek standards.
Responsibilities:
-
Tracking inventory.
-
Irrigation system installation.
-
Startup and blowouts.
-
Repair and replace valves, hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads and fixtures.
-
Operates timers and controls for sprinklers.
-
Assist in various maintenance activities as required.
-
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
-
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Complete landscaping duties year round in all weather conditions, work full time (40 hours) plus addition hours/days.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Hand shoveling required.

Driver license required to operate trucks.

OFFICE
ADMINISTRATOR
Office Administrator to handle daily financial transactions and support the current office staff and field crews.
Responsibilities:
-
Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
-
Review, record and track project costs for reporting and invoicing.
-
Collaborate with crew leaders and owners to create job and monthly invoicing.
-
Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
-
Document and record payments and bank transactions.Maintains historical records with filing system.
-
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
-
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-
Answering customer phone calls and deliver messages
-
Support field crews as needed.

Qualifications / Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field OR 3+ years bookkeeping experience
-
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
-
Experience working with company focused in Landscaping, Construction or similar field
-
Comfortable taking and making phone calls
-
Works well with a team and on own
-
Organized

Work Hours & Benefits:
-
Full time position (40 hrs a week) 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. PTO and Benefits package available. Pay Range: $21-$30+ DOE
CDL DRIVER
The drivers are responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently from suppliers, to job sites and the stock yard.

Responsibilities:

​Complete daily written reports tracking materials and time
-
Ensure proper care and maintenance in the use of equipment
-
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Maintain good communication

Qualifications:
Must have Class A CDL License.
Must safely operate equipment in accordance with Company Policies, DOT Guidelines and applicable traffic laws during the day or night and in various traffic and weather conditions.
Proficient, dependable and willing to learn and continuously improve.
Be available and willing to work full time (40 hours with possible OT)
