GENERAL LABORER

We are looking for Landscape Laborers who work well in a team setting under the direct supervision of the Landscape Supervisor.  Landscape Laborers are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Able and willing to work on projects including but not limited too:

  • Tree, shrub and flower planting

  • Sod and seed installation

  •  Constructing retaining walls 

  • Constructing paver or rock walkways and patios 

  • Constructing water features, fire pits and other outdoor living spaces

Qualifications:

Able to take instruction and work in a team environment

Work safely with Equipment and Tools

Complete landscaping duties all weather conditions 

Available and Willing to work full time (40 hours with possible OT)

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to prepare and complete written work orders.

Proficient, dependable and willing to continuously learn and improve.

Drivers License a plus but not required

Spanish a plus but not required

IRRRIGATION

TECHNICIAN

Irrigation Technicians install, inspect, adjust and repair irrigation systems to ensure systems perform at maximum efficiency and to the Boulder Creek standards.

Responsibilities:

  •  Tracking inventory.

  • Irrigation system installation.

  • Startup and blowouts.

  • Repair and replace valves, hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads and fixtures.

  • Operates timers and controls for sprinklers.

  • Assist in various maintenance activities as required.

  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Able to take instruction.

Work safely as a team member.

Dependable.

Willing to learn and work hard.

Complete landscaping duties year round in all weather conditions, work full time (40 hours) plus addition hours/days.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Hand shoveling required.

Ability to prepare and complete written reports.

Proficient, dependable and willing to learn and continuously improve.

Driver license required to operate trucks.

BUSINESS MANAGER

This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual. Must have Business/Office Manager experience and be proficient with the workings of a construction site while also having knowledge of all aspects of accounting.  Looking for an individual with strong communication, analytical and management skills.

** Previous or current experience as an Office/Business Manager or Accounting Manager for Construction, Landscaping or Similar Type of Business***

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and transmit timely and accurate financial statements.

  • Supervise accounting operations, invoicing, reporting and reconciliations.

  • Supervise administrative staff and give daily direction and follow up on tasks that need completion.

  • Maintain cash management and bank account reconciliations

  • Ensure proper and timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

  • Maintain weekly time sheets and run payroll for all staff

  • Maintain a document filing system.

  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls.

  • Prepare and file all monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting with the state and government by applicable due dates.

  • Ensures job compliance with local, state and federal government regulations.

  • Work with Management Team to provide detailed departmental  and job reports

  • Qualifications:

  • 5 years of previous management or accounting experience

  • High Proficiency in Accounting with experience using Quickbooks

  • Experience Processing payroll and maintaining employee files

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with Excel spread sheets

  • Excellent analytical ability

  • Comfortable working with clients, administrative staff and outside crews

 

We offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year DOE

CDL DRIVER

The drivers are responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently from suppliers, to job sites and the stock yard.

Responsibilities:

  • ​Complete daily written reports tracking materials and time

  • Ensure proper care and maintenance in the use of equipment

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain good communication

Qualifications:

Must have Class A CDL License.

Must safely operate equipment in accordance with Company Policies, DOT Guidelines and applicable traffic laws during the day or night and in various traffic and weather conditions.

Proficient, dependable and willing to learn and continuously improve.

Be available and willing to work full time (40 hours with possible OT)
